Terms & Conditions
La gourmet E-Gift Card Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) 

1. La gourmet E-Gift Card/Gift Card Redemption

La gourmet E-Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. It is redeemable in Malaysia only & for merchandise sold at La gourmet online at www.lagourmet.com.my. No fees will be charged against the unused balance of La gourmet E-Gift Cards. Unused balances of the E-Gift Card will not be converted to cash upon redemption or expiry.

2. Checking Your Balance

You can check your La gourmet E-Gift Card/Gift Card balance during checkout. Simply select La gourmet Gift Card as your payment method and enter the card details to view the remaining balance.

3. Refunds

Refunds are not allowed for La gourmet E-Gift Cards. Additionally, refunds are not permitted for purchases paid with a La gourmet E-Gift Cards.

5. Lost or Stolen Cards

If you suspect your La gourmet E-Gift Card has been copied or stolen, contact our Customer Service immediately. Replacement is only possible with proof of purchase, such as the confirmation email. La gourmet is not liable for redeemed E-Gift Cards that were stolen. Safeguard your purchase and do not share them online.

6. Limitations

La gourmet E-Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other E-Gift Cards. They cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. Suspicious transactions may be subject to cancellation, and refunds will be issued at La gourmet’s discretion.

7. Policies and Jurisdiction

All claims or disputes arising out of La gourmet E-Gift Cards will be settled by a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Invalidity of any provision in these terms will not affect the remaining provisions. The terms and related documents are to be interpreted in English. Any claims must be made within 3 months of occurrence, or they will be barred.

8. Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss for La gourmet E-Gift Cards are transferred to the purchaser upon delivery confirmation. La gourmet is not responsible for lost or stolen E-Gift Cards.

9. Customer Service

For help with purchasing, using, or managing your La gourmet E-Gift Cards, contact Customer Service and provide your order number or email address.

10. Payment Methods

La gourmet E-Gift Cards can be purchased using a valid VISA, MasterCard, or other approved payment methods.

11. Delivery and Purchaser Responsibilities

Delivery of La gourmet E-Gift Cards is subject to approval by the purchaser’s financial institution. Failed transactions may result in delays or cancellations. Ensure accurate recipient email addresses to avoid undelivered cards.

12. Reasons for Failed Delivery

Common reasons for delivery issues include spam filters, email blocking, full inboxes, or invalid email addresses. Modify email settings to ensure delivery or contact Customer Service if needed.

13. Personalized Messaging

You may include a personal message with your La gourmet E-Gift Card. Messages must comply with content guidelines, and La gourmet reserves the right to remove content deem inappropriate.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, La gourmet is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or redemption of La gourmet E-Gift Cards, including program changes or terminations. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, loss of data, income, or profit.
